Ayurvedic Intakes

These sessions will cover very basic information about ayurveda and an in-depth intake of your medical background. We will talk through recommendations at the conclusion of the session, and I will email you a summary of our conversation! Prior to our session I will send you 3 items: an intake form, a HIPPA statement and an understanding of my scope of work. Please sign and send back to me prior to our session!

Not interested in virtual but can’t make it to Camano Island, please connect with me. If you are within about 20 miles of my location, I’m sure we can make something happen!

No one will be turned away

I firmly believe that everyone is to have access to yoga and ayurveda (and all healing modalities). Please know the prices listed are meant to provide an average cost for services. If you can pay more, please know that will help offset the cost of someone who may otherwise not have the luxury of such care. If you cannot afford the listed cost of services, please know you are welcome here and I will provide the same service to you!
